Custom HAT PCB for Real-Time STEP Generation

We developed a custom HAT PCB adapted for an existing system, serving as a STEP generator with control software integration via LinuxCNC. This project involved complete firmware customization, including the development of communication protocols and GPIO reassignment. We ensured seamless communication with the HAT over SPI and rigorously tested the system to meet real-time performance requirements.

Seamless PCB Enclosure Design

This project involved the full 360° development of the module, including assembly, programming, and the creation of a custom waterproof housing that perfectly integrates with the PCB. Our holistic approach ensures that every aspect of the product, from the internal electronics to the external casing, works seamlessly together to provide secure and stable power distribution.
